Adullam Consulting held a working-level meeting with Karnataka state government agencies to help a manufacturing client purchasing land in a KIADB (Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board) industrial area in Bengaluru secure incentives.

Under the Karnataka Industrial Policy 2025-30, incentives vary depending on the location of the project, the size of investment and the number of jobs created. Since actual eligibility can depend on how the requirements are interpreted and when applications are made, consulting the relevant agencies from the land purchase stage is important.

At the meeting, we discussed the eligibility requirements and application procedures for the incentives available to our client.
